Meets the technical specifications and requirements specified in the national standard GB/T14402-2007 "Reaction to Fire Tests for Building Materials and Products - Determination of Heat of Combustion", suitable for testing the heat of combustion of building materials. The test method specified in this standard is used to determine the gross heat of combustion of test specimens, regardless of the form of the specimen.  



II. Product Features

1. Automatically controls the outer cylinder water temperature at the set point to ensure that temperature changes do not affect cooling correction, resulting in more accurate measurements.

2. Automatically adjusts inner and outer cylinder temperatures, using a unique cooling correction system, water circulation system, and software automatic error compensation system to reduce cooling correction and improve measurement accuracy.

3. Meets the national standard requirement that "the inner cylinder is about 1K higher than the outer cylinder at the endpoint".

4. The microcomputer combustion calorimeter retains all functions of the microcomputer system, can run general software for other tasks, and simultaneously activates the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) of the calorimetric system and measure the heat of combustion.

5. The inner cylinder of the microcomputer combustion calorimeter uses an electric stirrer with blade paddles, and the outer cylinder uses a submersible electric stirrer for more uniform and convenient stirring. The instrument uses a fuse-type cotton thread ignition method.

6. The microcomputer combustion calorimeter operates on Windows XP and above, with full Chinese prompts and human-computer interaction. It is easy to learn and use; simply follow the prompts to complete the test.
